Since 2021, Tiers has played a key role in Operation Healing Forces’ Special Operations Additional Resource (SOAR) program, where she continues to serve as a trusted advocate and mentor. Her decades-long dedication to supporting SOF families through every phase of military life—especially during the stress of deployments and combat rotations—has touched countless lives. She is widely respected across the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) network for her passionate leadership, steadfast support, and tireless service.
