SOAR Program Director
The SOAR Program Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, day-to-day oversight, operational management, and tactical direction for the Special Operations Additional Resources (SOAR) Program. This position oversees outreach, case management, and resource coordination services that support wounded, injured, ill, and Gold Star members of the Special Operations Forces community, as well as their families.
This position is directly responsible for the supervision, development, performance management, and daily workflow oversight of SOAR Program Managers and related program staff. The Director works closely with the Chief Program Officer to support departmental strategic planning, program growth, budget development and management, performance measurement, and executive reporting requirements for the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, grantors, and other key stakeholders.
The SOAR Program Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, quality assurance, compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement of the SOAR Program and its associated initiatives.

We are looking for a Corporate and Foundations Relationship (CFR) Manager with a nonprofit development background and an understanding of the United States Special Operations Forces activeduty and veteran community to join our team and help grow our portfolio of corporate, foundation, government, and community partners in order to elevate our mission of supporting SOF service members and their families, while advancing our vision of Creating Bonds That Cure.
