Christopher “Chris” Carroll is a nationally recognized insurance coverage attorney and Senior Partner at Kennedys, where he leads the firm’s Governance Group. With more than 30 years of experience, he has guided clients through high-stakes litigation and complex dispute resolution across the United States and internationally.
His work includes major insurance matters involving environmental and toxic tort claims, cyber and data breaches, professional liability, large-scale catastrophic events, and multidistrict litigation. Chris has represented clients in nearly every state and in venues ranging from federal courts to Bermuda and Europe.
Widely regarded for his expertise, he is consistently ranked by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, and The Legal 500, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Association, the American College of Coverage Counsel, and the Litigation Counsel of America.
