A Pennsylvania native who enlisted in 1996, he rose to become the 19th Regimental Command Sergeant Major of the famed 75th Ranger Regiment, the senior enlisted leader responsible for the culture, character, and readiness of one of the nation’s most respected Special Operations forces.
Throughout five combat tours in Iraq and eighteen in Afghanistan, CSM Donaldson became known not only for his bravery under fire, but for his unwavering commitment to the people he led.
After retiring from active duty, he transitioned to the private sector to join Republic Consulting, where he applies his experience to leadership development, organizational strategy, and national security advising.
