Operation Healing Forces is proud to announce that Chief Executive Officer Kerry Irvin has been named a 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100 Honoree.
The Titan 100 program recognizes the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives across the Tampa Bay region who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and community impact. Honorees represent some of the region’s most accomplished business and nonprofit leaders, with their organizations collectively generating more than $10 billion in annual revenue and employing more than 60,000 people.
For Operation Healing Forces, this recognition reflects not only Kerry’s leadership but also the dedication of the entire team working to strengthen the lives of America’s Special Operations Forces community.
Since becoming CEO, Kerry has led Operation Healing Forces through a period of significant growth, expanding programs that support the mental, physical, emotional, and fiscal well-being of wounded, ill, injured, and fallen Special Operations Forces service members, veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors. Today, the organization serves more than 7,200 individuals each year through therapeutic retreats, crisis and hardship financial assistance, transition support, and long-term wellness resources.
Guided by a deep commitment to those who have served our nation, Kerry has fostered strategic partnerships and expanded the organization’s ability to meet the evolving needs of the Special Operations Forces community. Her leadership continues to advance Operation Healing Forces’ mission while bringing its vision, Creating Bonds That Cure, to life.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized among such an accomplished group of leaders,” said Irvin. “This recognition reflects the extraordinary commitment of the Operation Healing Forces team and the strength of the Special Operations Forces community we are privileged to serve. Together, we are united by a mission larger than any one of us: ensuring those who have sacrificed so much for our nation receive the support they and their families have earned.”
The 2026 Titan 100 honorees will be recognized during the annual Titan 100 Awards Celebration on October 22, 2026, at the University of South Florida’s Yuengling Center. Throughout the year, honorees will also participate in exclusive networking opportunities and leadership events with fellow Titan executives from across the Tampa Bay region.
Please join us in congratulating Kerry on this well-deserved recognition and thanking her for her continued leadership and commitment to the Special Operations Forces community.
