Sheridan, an acclaimed storyteller and creator of several groundbreaking series such as Yellowstone, Lioness, and Landman, is recognized for his dedication, creativity, and vision. Highlights from The Run for a Million
From August 10–17, Operation Healing Forces was honored to participate inTaylor Sheridan’s The Run for a Million in Las Vegas, one of the premier events in the horsemanship world. With the generous support of our partners at Markel, OHF hosted a booth prominently positioned in the concourse area. This central location allowed team members Desiree Holley and Kelsey McCabe to engage directly with fans, supporters, businesses, and fellow nonprofit organizations—building meaningful relationships and raising awareness of OHF’s mission.
CEO Kerry Irvin also represented OHF in several notable media opportunities. She joined Steve Ross of UWS News Studio to discuss OHF’s mission, organizational goals, community impact, and upcoming events—including the highly anticipated Bosque Ranch Live. In addition, Kerry was interviewed by Chelsea Sutton, TRFAM’s media spokesperson, with the feature shared widely across social media platforms.
Throughout the week, OHF was honored with commercial time on the arena’s big screen, and two OHF flags were proudly displayed above the riding ring. These powerful visual moments ensured that thousands of attendees were introduced to OHF’s mission of serving Special Operations Forces families.

Looking Ahead: Bosque Ranch Live
Operation Healing Forces is now preparing for the inaugural Bosque Ranch Live, a new concert series hosted at Taylor Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch Headquarters. This exciting event will feature performances from some of country music’s most celebrated artists alongside rising talent, offering audiences a unique blend of tradition and progress through the power of song.
For OHF, Bosque Ranch Live represents far more than a music event. It is an unparalleled opportunity to connect with a passionate community, strengthen awareness of OHF’s mission, and establish new partnerships that will expand our ability to serve Special Operations Forces families.
